Howard Roark knew he wanted to be a architech at age 10 and Ayn Rand a writer at age 9, why? what is the meaning of this fact. How do these children compare to adults who dont know what they want.

I said I wanted to be a inventor at a young age. and even though i do think I have the curiosity of one, I never invented a original phenomena.

The only significance I can see is that such a child has strong and well-developed values at an unusually early age.
