If you are asking whether life appeared by magic, then Objectivists would of course answer with a flat No because we know miracles are not just impossible, but downright incoherent.

However, if you are asking whether life appeared here on Earth by abiogenesis rather than by, say, getting started by something arriving on a meteor or whatever, then Objectivists will simply explain that it is an as-yet-unanswered scientific question -- and if scientists discover a solid answer rooted in objectively-grasped facts, then scientifically literate Objectivists will relay it as what appears to be the case (as we do with so many other scientific questions).
