Ayn Rand made the argument that political reform is not enough to dislodge the problems gripping North American society and that a sweeping cultural reform is necessary to eradicate the philosophies which have infected the education systems, political systems, and private sectors of our societies. What would be the best or most efficient way to achieve this change?

The basic answer is: persuade people of the right ideas. That requires (a) knowing the right ideas, and (b) communicating them as clearly and widely as you can. This is the point Rand makes in her essay, "What Can One Do?" in the book Philosophy: Who Needs It.

Yaron Brook and Onkar Ghate of the Ayn Rand Institute have given more specific advice on how to implement this broad approach to cultural change. See these two items:
